We embrace a comprehensive social and environmental agenda and develop best practices to guide our actions in order to deliver strong value for our business and to our business partners.

We maintain safe and comfortable working conditions at all of our production facilities, and ensure workers have the right to assemble and are given an opportunity for their voices to be heard. We engage in environmental impact projects such as the latest Higgs Index standards, and have set a goal to obtain LEED-certifications or equivalent at all of our newest production facilities. We maintain certifications such as the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Organic Content Standard (OCS) standards to manage, trace and verify the proper handling of sustainable materials throughout our entire production processes. We are committed to community impact in education, arts, agriculture, and disaster relief through direct philanthropic support, volunteerism, and partnerships with local community-based organizations.

We believe that we not only have a responsibility to our own community, but our industry has the potential to be a powerful catalyst for positive social, environmental and economic opportunities globally.
