We are certified by third-party compliance audit firms such as SGS, CSCC and ITS.
We have been singled out by some of our strategic customers as a "model for others to follow" for social responsibility. We have begun planning to become certified for SA8000, one of the world's strictest social responsibility standards.

We constantly perform human rights audits on voluntary basis to make sure our facilities are clean, safe and that workers have no excessive overtime.  We also make sure 1) our factories are well ventilated, not overcrowded with proper fire exits, and 2) that each facility has the requisite technical skills and the equipment is of high quality and functioning properly.
We abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and internal policies that apply to our business in all the countries that we operate.  We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and are committed to complying with all applicable anti-bribery laws.
Over the past few years, RSI has begun to focus on the environment in which we operate. We believe it is important to do our part to prompt ecological efficiency, cleaner technology, and effective resource use.
